Adrian McGillion is Director of Facilities Management at Edge Hill University, leading environmental sustainability initiatives.
He oversees strategic planning for carbon reduction and promotes eco-conscious cultures across campus. He actively contributes to institutional committees, ensuring long-term environmental impact through resource allocation and staff engagement.
Kate Davis is a Consultant Director at Litmus FM with over 30 years’ experience in customer-facing operations across public and private sectors.
Formerly at Leeds Beckett University, Kate led strategic facilities initiatives, driving service efficiencies and cultural change. She specialises in soft FM, operational transformation and innovative workforce engagement.
Kate completed her MBA with Distinction at Bradford School of Management in 2019.
