Founded by Tony Herridge in 1975, Dual Pumps Limited began as a small garage-based venture and has grown into a leading distributor of pressure washers, pumps, and fluid-handling components. Over the past five decades, the company has earned a reputation for innovation, reliability, and high-quality service.

Tony’s early role as a sales representative for Hypro in the UK and Europe laid the groundwork for enduring partnerships with major brands such as Interpump, Pratissoli, Banjo, Pacer, and Flojet, defining Dual Pumps’ expanding product range.

In 1977, the company opened its first office in Oakham, later relocating to Melton Mowbray in 1982. A pivotal moment came in 1983 when Dual Pumps became the official UK distributor for Interpump, the world leader in high-pressure plunger pumps.

Innovation has always driven the company forward. From launching its first catalogue in 1996 to offering a 432-page edition and a mobile-responsive B2B website with over 10,000 products today, Dual Pumps has consistently enhanced the customer experience.

To meet growing demand, the company moved into a 35,000 sq. ft. facility in 2012. In 2015, it introduced the Evolution Series Engine-Driven Pressure Washers with over 30 models designed for industrial performance. In 2020, ISO 9001-2015 certification reinforced its commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
