Adapting a business to thrive during the pandemic
Wednesday 14th October 13:00 - 14:00
The Floorbrite Group has over doubled in size from £10 million to £21.5 million turnover in just five years. 2020 has presented unique challenges but it is continuing to thrive. What’s the secret to its success? During this presentation, Nik Wyers will discuss how Floorbrite had to adapt, diversify and support its customers’ changing requirements across all sectors of industry during the pandemic. From the initial decision to keep the business fully open, to the operational demobilising and remobilising of a third of its customer sites, the introduction of additional service lines and innovations and how it has communicated this through technology and marketing. There are many different elements to a successful cleaning company. However, only those who have been quick to adapt will survive in these uncertain social and economic times. Nik will touch on all these elements, sharing Floorbrite’s experience of moving forward in a new world.
