Wednesday 13th March 14:00 - 14:30

Cleaning Manchester

Industry Panel - Hosted by BICSc.

As the industry evolves day by day and industry personnel work tirelessly to keep adept of the changes, what can we do as an industry to ensure that we are educating our staff in everything they need to know, and in ways that ensure they get the most out of their training? In this industry panel led by BICSc, experts across different fields will discuss the appropriateness of different training methods for all the different people in our diverse industry, and will discuss training as it is offered now in the industry, and the way that training offerings may change as the world continues to develop innovative ideas.

Neil Spencer-Cook

Group MD

With a passion for technology, Neil is always looking for innovative ways that tech can be used to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Never one to be beaten, Neil’s pet hate is to hear people tell customers: ‘We can’t do that’. The solution may not always be immediate, but he will always find a solution.
