This new addition in 2019 was the Cleaning Show Clinic, a drop-in space featured a wide range of experts and consultants, who were on hand to present short sessions and give practical one-on-one advice on a number of different issues including health & safety, domestic cleaning, and window cleaning.

The CSSA ran a mock trial court case to demonstrate potential legal risks that could affect your business. It was an interesting way to get a view into the legal world and find out how you could future-proof your business.

Federation of Window Cleaners
Organised by the Federation of Window Cleaners this two-category competition is open to all registered members of the Federation of Window Cleaners; including one nominated employee. The competition is judged by the FWC Executive Management Committee based on industry achievements, time served, client testimonials, evidence of training, qualifications and reasons for entering this competition.
