A crisis in your business can not only affect your commercial performance, it can also lead to long-lasting reputational damage. In this session delegates will learn about the importance of dealing with the media effectively if and when things go wrong, and how to minimise the negative impact of a crisis through effective and controlled communications. They will also learn how to build a business continuity plan, set up a crisis team and the need to rehearse and manage social media engagement to stay on message.
