In this session delegates will learn about the importance of dealing with the media effectively if and when things go wrong, and how to minimise the negative impact of a crisis through effective and controlled communications. They will also learn how to build a business continuity plan, set up a crisis team and the need to rehearse and manage social media engagement to stay on message.
