Dennis Flower has enjoyed a wide-ranging career that has seen him write for and edit a variety of trade magazines across the furniture, flooring, tile and stone, health and safety, mobile working, and building services sectors, prior to his current role. This has provided an ideal background for involvement with the FM industry and its increasingly extending focus to include a growing list of services.

The PFM brand includes the leading independent FM magazine and incorporates the highly respected PFM Awards, weekly e-newsletter, the pfmonthenet.net and pfmawards.co.uk websites and a growing number of live events from hosted visits to major trade shows to breakfast briefings, roundtable discussions and seminar sessions, including the latest example at The Cleaning Show 2019.


Speaker: Matt Coulson, CEO at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work

Matt Coulson is responsible for leading and developing the business strategy for the 1.8 million sq ft office development in Chiswick, W4, managed by property management company Enjoy-Work. He joined Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work as operations director in 2014.Prior to this, he was part of the team developing and opening Center Parcs Woburn Forest. He also worked for eight years at David Lloyd Clubs. A fitness enthusiast, Matt studied sports science at Liverpool John Mores University and is a professional personal trainer by trade.


Speaker: Sandrino Vieira, Guest Services Manager, JPC at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work

Sandrino Vieira works for JPC Cleaning Services, one of Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work’s service partners. Sandrino is responsible for the management of the cleaning operations, ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the business campus. He is responsible for a portfolio 16 contracts with guest companies based in the campus, and has worked at Chiswick Park since June 2014.

Whilst working at Chiswick Park, Sandrino, and his team have won a number of awards. Prior to his role at Chiswick Park, Sandrino worked for MITIE, managing teams across several contracts. Originally from Portugal, Sandrino moved to the UK in 2006 and graduated from the Royal Docks Business School in London in 2014.


Speaker: Michael Foreman, Managing Director at Don’t Waste UK

Michael Foreman has wide experience as an owner, managing director, senior strategic consultant and sales and marketing director. In his career spanning 25 years, most of his roles have focused around strategy and business development. He has sat on numerous advisory boards including Tourism Montreal and acted as a Liverpool Ambassador.

In mid-2016 he moved to work in the environmental services and sustainability sector, heading up Don't Waste UK Ltd. which provides unique waste management software and consultancy to commercial property owners and managers and whose mission is to protect the environment.
