Sebastian Bachelier joined the Living Wage Foundation in 2018, where he leads on its work within the outsourcing and FM sectors through management of the Recognised Service Provider project. Sebastian has previous experience of the public and private sectors as well through student enrichment work at an inner-city college and c-suite recruitment for the NHS.
