Speaker: Pete Gowers, Food Hygiene Expert at BICSc
Pete Gowers is the consultant/owner of Gowers Associates, a successful consultancy operating in the hospitality and cleaning sectors. He has been in these sectors for over 30 years, previously gaining a wealth of experience in two large contract caterers/facilities organisations. He divides his work between auditing, consultancy and training. He has written various training courses and manuals for several ‘blue-chip’ companies and is retained by some for regular updates and planned audits.
For the past 10 years he has worked closely with BICSc, writing safety material and carrying out audits and assessments around the world. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, RSPH and IOSH.
