Morning Keynote: The Post-Pandemic Future of the Workplace

This session will examine the key issues and opportunities faced since the pandemic including: Secondary care; Primary care and care homes; Hospitality and other key environments; Stock levels and trends; Workforce issues and workforce development; New technologies and their impact; Development, training and support; and Financial implications. Discussions will consider the current and projected environment for soft services with particular reference to achieving workforce needs against a background of increased costs, an ageing workforce and the advent of exciting new technologies that may require very different training and development solutions. The post pandemic era will also be examined in terms of culture, cleaning methodologies and the lessons learned by a range of leading organisations in the field.
