Industry Panel: The Evolution of Cleaning in FM
This panel, hosted by industry expert Yvonne Taylor, will discuss: from the days of being on your hands and knees stripping corners and edges with the centre circle of a black pad to square bottom machines and robotics; from using bleach as the go-to cleaner for everything to using non-hazardous, non-irritant, non-carcinogenic, environmental and fully biodegradable products; from using thousands of daily land waste products to products that can last up to 18 months before being disposed of; and how, in this ever-changing country with changes to employment law, Brexit, the changes in the immigration policy, and COVID-19, do you start and grow a business. This panel will discuss all these changes and more and will consider continuing changes to the cleaning industry landscape.

He is a Chartered Practitioner of Environmental Cleaners, Fellow of BICSc and a CSSA Board Member. This year, Matt served as a Dragon for the CSSA Innovation Showcase.
